The house is a large four/five bedroom very well maintained 10 year old detached dorma-bungalow with fibre broad band to the premises (75 Mbps), three bathrooms, (two en-suite and one family), a large live in kitchen/diner, a large utility room, a separate breakfast room for guests and a large lounge.

Open all year but we close for two separate two/three week periods at the start of the season in late February and at the end of the main season in early October/November for our own holiday periods. We do sometime close for three moths to over winter on the Algarve or Greek islands; a lifestyle that could be yours.

There are two large double downstairs bedrooms for us/family that are separate from the upstairs rooms for the B&B. (One could be converted for use by guests)

We are located in the centre of the peninsula and thus convenient for the full length of the Llyn Coastal Path, and about about 3.5 miles from Morfa Nefyn and it's stunning beaches and Golf Course, and about 6.5 miles from Abersoch again with its stunning beaches and 6 miles from our local market town of Pwllheli with its international Marina and again stunning beaches.
