This fantastic café has been established for 4 years and has become very successful indeed. Since opening in 2017 the owners have expanded with two more branches and are now due to open a new and much larger one. They have decided to sell the original branch to help them expand further.
The café is located in a corner position of this very busy main road with both traffic and pedestrians passing by constantly. It is known for tasty, fresh, healthy food and has a really good reputation with ratings of 4.5 on Tripadvisor, 4.7 on Just Eat and 5 on Facebook.
The front door opens into a very attractive modern café with windows to 2 sides, there are tables and chairs seating 14 people. There are feature book shelves and ornaments, a wooden effect floor and drinks fridge. There is also a music system and cctv.
The bar has a tiled facing, drinks fridges, coffee machine, cash till, shelving for bottles and glasses.
The kitchen is compact but very well fitted indeed there are two ovens, one off which cost the current owner 15.000€ it is fully programmable and cooks each dish on the menu to perfection each time. There is a pizza oven, a microwave oven, fridge freezers, bain marie and scales. There is also a rear door for deliveries etc.
Steps lead down from the kitchen to a very large store area with a large walk in chiller and a separate office.
The front terrace has 40 people and has sun parasols.
The side terrace is fully covered and seats a further 20 people. In addition there is further space available to rent which could offer additional seating or a chill area etc.
There is a 10 year renewable lease which is subject to a rental of 2500€ per month and a terrace tax of 1500€ per annum.
