Inver Coille Ltd is a private camping and glamping site surrounded by woodland set in 3 to 4 acres off the A82 between Fort Augustus and Invermoriston opposite the world famous Loch Ness. The business is made up of 5 eco glamping units and 20 camping pitches supported by 4 individual shower rooms and 2 toilets (4 showers and 6 toilets). All units have a 2 burner gas hob for cooking and all crockery and cooking equipment is supplied as is all bedding. The 2 geodomes can sleep up to a maximum of 4 people and have fitted log burners for heating.
The pod and timber tent sleep maximum of 2 and have gas stoves for heating. The bell tent is available for a shorter season, usually May to September; it sleeps 2 and has a separate covered area for cooking. All units have solar lighting installed. Custom is gathered via their own web site along with other on-line booking platforms and email and telephone enquiries. The site also attracts campers from the road and walkers hiking the Great Glen Way accessing the site by the footpath at rear of the property.
There is a double garage one of which has been made over for storage of bedding etc along with the biomass boiler. The other is currently used as a workshop. Above the garages is a one bedroom apartment with sitting room, kitchen and bathroom, this is often used for helpers during the season and storage at other times.
