A family business independently owned and operated for over 18 years and incorporated as Limited Company in June 2008.
A database of over 1,200 customers, repeat business from many customers each year. Commercial business includes schools, churches, playgroups and offices and estate agents. Full accounts can be provided for a number of years trading. Our accounts for this year are looking to improve from 2017 and are up at around 20% with the potential to grow a lot further.
We are an Advanced Member of the National Carpet Cleaners Association (licence no. 1068) and have already established some good reviews with their partnering site Trusted Local Cleaners and are also members of Checkatrade with over 450 customer reviews.
We provide an extensive list of services to include end of tenancy cleaning, carpet repairs, hard floor renovation etc, with a pro active website and presence on all social media platforms. We also provide a fire and flood restoration service (again, drying equipment etc will be included in the sale).
This business would be a great starting ground for someone looking to break into carpet and upholstery cleaning or for an ongoing business trying to expand and grow their customer base in the Kent, Sussex, South East London and Surrey areas.
Our sale includes all machinery, materials and van which is already sign written with accreditations etc. Stationery and leaflets are also included.
