The highly profitable Derbyshire branch of Minster was established in 1998 and was purchased by the current owners in April 2005. Since its inception, the business has seen steady growth. There has been a significant improvement in turnover in the past two years and more, leading to current turnover of around £590,000.

There has been a strong focus on client retention, which has, in turn, generated new business through client referrals. Around 10% of clients have been serviced regularly for over a decade, with many other longstanding clients being well looked after.

The business is located in a serviced business centre with on-site parking just outside the centre of the city. It employs 85 staff, five of whom are full time, to provide services to clients across a range of business sectors, including healthcare and dental practices where certain expertise is required.

Each contract is self-contained and managed by one or more of the 40 plus franchised branches nationwide.
