Very successful licensed village store with 1000 plus Facebook followers, currently operating as a Premier. Our local Booker depot is just a 10 minute drive away making daily restocking easy. The shop currently operates on quite limited opening hours, closing at 7.30pm Monday to Saturday and 5pm on Sundays. Our shop is in Par, a thriving seaside village with 2 beaches and the coastal path in walking distance. Par is a great central location for exploring Cornwall, with no part being more than an hour or so drive. We are situated between the historic ports of Fowey and Charlestown approx 3 miles away. Eden Project is just 2 miles. We have a mainline railway station with direct trains to Paddington and a shuttle to Newquay. 2 primary and 2 secondary schools close by, one of each rated outstanding.
