The glasshouse is sectionalised to allow for a growing area, a packing area and a refrigerated area/cold store. Within the growing area there are concrete walkways surrounded by Mypex covered flooring, this area also benefits from comprehensive overhead spray irrigation, partial underfloor irrigation and computer controlled automatic shading/ventilation. In addition one half of the glasshouse has a flood system which was installed by an approved installer. The heat is by calor with burners in the roof. The remainder of the glasshouse has concrete to its floor. The refrigerated area/cold store was supplied by Wellvent and it is maintained by an approved gas fitter.

On-site there are two shared boreholes which feed a 50,000 gallon tank, the water is then distributed by pressure to irrigate the whole site. Due to the alkalinity of the water, nitric acid is applied weekly during the growing season to avoid limescale build up. The water for human consumption comes direct from the borehole.

A portable building formerly used as an office is also to be included, as is a Javo potting machine.

Located in front of the northern side of the glasshouse is the extensive external growing area, part of which is covered with timber uprights with wire supports and spray/drip irrigation.

If required, a large portal framed, insulated panelled building could also be available to let for an additional cost, this building houses a reception area, three office areas, a mess room, toilet facilities and it has a large central area which is temperature controlled in winter, so suitable for plant storage.

The nursery would possibly suit a crop grower such as a tree seedling producer, a salad grower or perhaps an online business, also the nursery would be ideal for high value crops, such as camellias or magnolias.
