Adjacent to the main house is a delightful owners’ area. This consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, hall which also doubles as an office, second double bedroom, shower room with toilet facilities and a comfortable small sittingroom with French doors leading to a covered decked area. This area can be entered from within the main house and also has its own entrance from the side of the property.
It should also be noted that one of the bedrooms could easily be incorporated into the letting side of the business enabling the business to offer seven letting bedrooms. Above the owners accommodation there are two attic rooms, floored & lined, these are fitted with Velux windows, radiators and are currently used for storage purposes.
The house sits in approx 1 acre of lovely garden grounds. One third of the gardens are for private use and are accessed via owners accommodation. The outbuildings consist of a double timber garage and a stone built coal / storage shed. In addition there are two small greenhouses. There is generous car parking facilities for at least 12 cars.
