The business was established in 2011 by the current vendors, initially the business focused on Day Care Service activities and then expanded the scope of services provided to include supported living activities
Reacting proactively to the temporary closure of Day Care Centre activities by the Local Authority due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, the vendors have moved many customers previously utilizing day care to 1:1 care at home services offered from people’s homes, so that the service is not interrupted, and people still have support to maintain health and wellbeing through such a difficult time. This enables a greater number of people to have their services reinstated and also provides an incoming buyer the opportunity to further expand the services / turnover by reinstating the day care activities when the restrictions are lifted.
Recently the business has begun offering respite holidays as an alternative for people for whom traditional respite does not work.
