THE BUSINESS ITSELFThe company was formed by the owners at the start of 2015 having spent the previous year developing the product and undertaking initial installations. The business has seen rapid growth to a current turnover of £2.5m with £1m of this being added within the previous 12months. The owners extensive background in sales has provided the knowledge needed to not only set up the business right from day one but to ensure that this level of growth can be achieved and managed.
The product is architected designed to ensure that the system works but is also compliant with al current regulations. It also does not require council approval for installation in existing properties and so the work can be carried out without needing any third-party consents.
The product has only been installed to date in approximately 0.02% of potential properties where it would be suitable to have put in. As one can see the opportunity to grow the level of turnover that is currently enjoyed is enormous. Further additional services to provide repeat income from existing customers are being developed and implemented to provide an additional income from annual maintenance contracts.
The business has been built to work efficiently with a bespoke fully integrated CRM system, secure calendar system and data base which is fully GDPR compliant. No outbound calls are made only incoming customer calls generated from the various advertising campaigns undertaken. Various elements are outsourced however these could be brought in house should a new owner wish. All in all, the business could be taken over seamlessly hence making it ideal either for an investor or to be incorporated into another existing company.

Whilst perfectly set up and suitable for the current business operation there is scope to easily relocate the company to another part of the country without detriment to the turnover subject to the usual consideration of the existing staff. The very favourable lease terms allow for a 5yr renewable lease but with the option for the tenant to serve notice to quit at any time but without the landlord having a reciprocal right. With no business rates currently being charged the overheads for these premises are very competitive and will no doubt prove appealing.
