Location Details:
The Beveridge Park Hotel is situated in private grounds
in the centre of Kirkcaldy, the largest town in Fife.
Kirkcaldy was formerly one of the world leaders in the
production of Linoleum. The town is nowadays the
service centre of Fife, with a shopping centre, new
swimming pool, new NHS hospital, museums, the
Adam Smith Theatre, a professional football team, art
gallery and three public parks. A new cinema complex is
proposed and awaiting consent. The harbour was
reopened to commercial shipping in 2011. The town has
a population of around 49,700 persons which is similar
size to Stirling and Perth, whom were recently
reclassified as cities.

The Hotel is sited some 200 yards or so from Kirkcaldy
train station, which means residents, can be in
Edinburgh city centre in less than 40 minutes by train.
By car, Edinburgh is some 28 miles to the south, Dundee
31 miles to the north and Perth some 35 miles to the
north west. St Andrews is only 24 miles to the north
east which places some of the worlds best golf courses
within a one hour drive from the Hotel.
