All the walls are insulated cavity walls, Climatic windows in all rooms plus Internet connection with Wi-Fi are installed, in addition, satellite television connection is supplied to all the rooms and an internal switchboard with 9 extensions controls the residential areas.
The main gates to the Hotel are electronically operated and the property has specific parking for guests. In addition to the main entrance, there is a private entrance for staff.
The hotel has a superb fully fitted commercial kitchen which serves the breakfast room/restaurant. Below is a large Bodega (wine cellar) which could be converted into a hotel room en-suite.
