The growth potential in the UK and Europe for the products themselves is vast with many additional opportunities yet to be maximized. Duplicating the current portfolio and business model further afield to include the Americas and Asia, where growth in this niche is strong, is a very real possibility. Launching the current products in individual European countries and servicing them from location is also a very real prospect. The websites, industry association, and general digital media are other immediate streams of untapped revenue.
Business Management & Sales
Sales are fluid and are generated through sponsorship, advertising, awards nominations and table sales, as well as delegate and ambient media sales. These are conducted by sales people and overseen by the sales manager who also inputs in to the wider sales of the business. Two or three more sales resource could easily be added to ensure a very quick growth in revenue.
Design, editorial, and production are also managed internally by an experienced in-house designer and journalist.
