The service has moved with the times with the changes in regulations and Quality Standards. They have also developed strong relationships with Surrey and Oxfordshire, the organisation has tendered on a number of contracts. Currently they have in place the West Midlands Framework, Southampton Framework and the Placement Northwest. Having agreed to go on the contract also have Spot Purchases.
They are regulated service inspected by Ofsted. The 7 current homes are rated at good in all areas this is an achievement in itself. whilst we take pride of the Good in all areas, we still work towards achieving Outstanding homes and has 3 Registered Managers who are registered for 2 homes and 1 Manager who is registered for 1 home and will be looking to increase the number of homes this will enable all Managers to be dual registered.
