Dream Clean Ovens was founded in January 2016 by husband and wife team Nick and Sue Lambert.

Offering a thorough, customer-focused experience and driving awareness through an active social media profile, Dream Clean Ovens has established itself quickly as a dynamic and popular company. During a phenomenal growth period over the last four years, it grew from a self-contained, local service to a thriving and respected business serving the Surrey/Hampshire/Berkshire border area.
In October 2020 we put our second van on the road as even during this pandemic we have become a business that continues to flourish.

Dream Clean Ovens has the support of HSBC and Natwest if help in start-up costs are required. We will give you ongoing support whenever needed as your success is our priority.
Dream Clean Ovens Ltd currently runs throughout Surrey Berkshire and Hampshire, but our plan is to expand nationwide. Our business is like no other which has flourished throughout the pandemic time as we have found we can enter customers houses safely and by keeping that safe distance from the customer we can carry out our duties to a very high standard. It is a van-based franchise, where customers are the key, and our 5 star training will teach you how to find and keep those customers for the years to come. After 4 years of working now we have found that 85% of our customers become repeat business. We only lose customers that are moving away especially our army families. Paperwork and accounts are very easy to keep on top of especially as we give you all the relevant spreadsheets that you need for your accountant’s yearly review.
Our 5-star training is based over a week where you will be trained using real customers appliances, so not only will you see the day-to-day dirt that these ovens generate, you will also see the reactions of the customers after each clean which reinforces our companies realisation of what a great business we have. We will also train you up with the knowledge for the paperwork, the accounts and also show you how the business is obtained. We will then continue to support you throughout your franchise contract.
Daily Life of a franchisee
On a daily basis you will be dealing with phone calls and queries through many of the media platforms available. You will also be cleaning the ovens daily and as time goes by you will notice that you get quicker and can either clean more ovens each day or finish early and spend time with the family. Advertising is a key part of getting the business so it’s something we do daily.
