The opportunity

You will have heard about the housing shortage and the pressure policymakers are under to create many more new homes.  National planning policy is being changed to favour smaller development sites and conversions of existing properties. Property with potential and Planning Gain presents a great opportunity right now. There are also ways to profit substantially without needing to own the constituent property.

Having been involved in property and Planning Gain for many decades, we have developed and operated a business format which attracts and trains local people, and creates effective local property finding networks, resulting in multiple sources of income in addition to high-value property deals. We now want to swiftly create a national brand, on a collaborative basis using motivated property-interested people who also become shareholders in our company. We want joining shareholders to own the majority of our company to maximise collaboration and growth.

  5. Collaborate with our shareholders in other areas, mentored by us, ensuring ongoing learning, motivation and best practice.

What we need from you

To join us, you will need to:

  1. Have at least some experience in property, with a strong desire to expand this.
  2. Have at least 20 hours per week to operate this business.
  3. Want to grow your own business, whilst being an active shareholder and contributor in our parent co-operative business.
  4. Be self-motivated with a high level of commitment.
  5. Be a people person with a good personality, able to train, motivate and network with local people, in line with our proven processes.
  6. Be able to grow your local investor and property professional network, in line with our processes.
  7. Have the £4500 to £6800 joining fee (plus VAT where applicable) to cover:

* Introductory training and accreditation

* Access to all existing systems, processes, training materials and documents

* Your contribution to operations, and a shareholding in the parent company subject to a minimum performance over the first year.

* Meet for a mutual interview session, whereby we both assess the opportunity of working together.
