The Steayban restaurant was added on by the current owner around 1998, and then extended around 2005, due to the success of the restaurant, and serves an extensive food offering with both bar and restaurant menus, offering quality Scottish food, all fresh and handmade on the premises, as well having as a good wine/drinks selection.
The Glassford Inn is predominantly a local bar, with a regular clientele from the local community, however the restaurant draws trade from the surrounding towns and villages including Strathaven, East Kilbride, Larkhall and Stonehouse etc.
