Directions from Exeter:- From the city centre take A377 signposted Crediton. At the Cowley Bridge (mini) roundabout take the first left onto the A377 (marked 'Crediton'). Follow this road for approximately 500 yards. Take the first turning right, marked 'Upton Pyne' and 'Brampford Speke'. If you go past Bernaville Nurseries you have gone too far! Follow this road for about a mile (up a steep hill and along a short straight). At Upton Pyne take the right-hand turn marked 'Brampford Speke', follow this road for 1.5 miles which will take you into the village. The Lazy Toad Inn is at the centre of the village on your left, just after the turning for the church.
