The Cromarty Arms is a family run hostelry providing bed and breakfast accommodation and home-made bar meals. The property dates back to the early 1700’s, and is a well frequented Highland establishment which is popular with both locals and visitors alike.

The current owners purchased the Cromarty Arms in spring 2005 and developed a popular and successful business for both locals and tourists alike. Due to retirement the current owners have decided it is time to present this trading opportunity to the market.

The Cromarty Arms sits centrally in this popular picturesque town, with the Cromarty Firth and sandy beaches within short walking distance and views to the hills northwards. The town benefits from its own shop, primary school and various community clubs etc. The broader area boasts a number of splendid beaches, quality golf courses and places of general interest.

The area is renowned for its sea life and the firths and sea around the coast are home to seals, minke whales and the ever-popular dolphins. Cromarty is a popular destination from where to undertake boat excursions to see these wonderful creatures. Water sports and fishing are highly popular past times in the region, as are field sports. A large range of welfare and social amenities are available in the Town of Dingwall as well as in Inverness. Secondary schooling is available in both Dingwall and Fortrose.
