About Us

Established in 1999 Match Options specialise in sourcing suitably qualified staff for both the Social and Healthcare industries. Match Options is a national Employment Business and Recruitment agency which has been successfully supplying the social and healthcare industry with both temporary and permanent staff.

The company has offices in strategic towns throughout the UK. Due to its fast expansion however, there are locations where it has acquired prestigious contracts, (known as National Framework Accounts, at the end of 2019 these contracts accounted for £3.5million in net revenue for our franchisees) but it does not have a physical presence. These are the areas that the company wish to engage a joint venture partner as Franchisee(s).

Match Options has an ever-growing demand for its services due to Local and National contracts with prestigious clients like Housing Organisations, NHS, Local Authorities, HM Prison Service and Private establishments such as BUPA, Four Seasons Healthcare, Priory Healthcare, Lookahead, Shaw Healthcare, H-One, Royal Mencap, Scope, etc. Our National Framework Accounts are now delivering significant revenue for all our franchisees and are key to driving successful launches for all our new franchisees.

As the Match Options name suggests, our methodology, is quite simply to ‘match the options’ available within the Social and Health employment sector to suit both our clients and our candidates. Those options include opportunities for both temporary and permanent positions. The franchise methodology is for Match Options to support franchisees locally in the development of their franchise territory by growing local accounts, whilst capitalising on the large number of National Framework Accounts in their territory.

What To Expect

As a Match Options franchisee you can operate in both regulated and non-regulated sectors. You can focus on starting as a specialist recruitment agency supplying temporary and permanent staff such as nurses and healthcare assistants to regulated organisations including Hospitals and Care Homes.

You can also operate a domiciliary care business (providing care in the home) which is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. You will be required to register as a domiciliary care provider with the CQC before you can provide domiciliary care, and Match Options will work with you on your registration.

The Main Areas That We Operate Within Are:

  • The recruitment of Nurses, Social workers and carers for placements within care in Hospitals and Care and nursing establishments.
  • The CQC regulated recruitment of carers who visit the elderly, disabled or indeed any other cross section of individuals who may require care at home.

This means that, as a Match Options Franchisee you have two potential income streams namely, filling temporary or permanent positions across a broad range of establishments.

We are honest and open and will always promptly inform service users if we don’t have staff that meet their needs. This will allow them to contact an alternative supplier who may be able to help them in such a scenario.

Mutually, we recognise that satisfying the needs for the vulnerable in the community promptly is what separates a good from a poor care provider.

If we have staff that ‘fit’ their requirements, then our clients know that our staff will always be fully briefed before attending and will provide the best service for the position booked.
