To engage a wider audience the owners are offering this in a number of possible ways.
1) Full purchase of Removals and Storage Business (£225k) and Warehouse (£500k)
2) Full purchase of Removals and Storage Business (£225k) and lease Warehouse on 10 year min deal, no break, @ competitive rate of £45k/pa
3) "Reduced fee" purchase of Removals and Storage Business (100k), balance (£125k) over 10 years (plus interest) and Warehouse on competitive lease (£45k/pa).
4) Purchase of Warehouse (£500k) and Storage Business (£175k). (Lease also at £45k).
The buyer would therefore have to service the continuing need for Storage collections and deliveries. This option might also appeal to a buyer who requires storage for a current business but can see the possibility of running a storage business from the same unit. Obviously to achieve that the storage needs to be reduced to a suitable level and space made.
This option excludes any asmoothmove assets, including phone number and website.
5) In the event the Warehouse is sold with the Storage independently as per above, then the Removals would be sold separately. This would include all key assets such as 4 vehicles, telephone number (available on request), website (www.asmoothmove.co.uk), other digital presences and Goodwill etc. Fee for this is £65k.
The above options are not exhaustive and the sellers are willing to look at any sensible alternatives, but the minimum upfront fee acceptable would be £100000.
An option to buy might be available on the above rental deals.
