This restaurant is located in a very prominent corner location and has recently been the subject of a huge reformation and refurbishment program. It has been a sympathetic project and is now a very modern restaurant which retains many original features and the charm of the building.
All internal fittings and furniture are bespoke and have been designed particularly for this restaurant and all terrace furniture is of very high quality.
There are a large number of windows, both fixed and opening creating a very spacious and bright feeling, this is complimented by the porcelain tiled floor.
The bar area has been specially constructed and fitted with high quality equipment, including individually designed beer taps and display area for spirits and bottles. There are drinks fridges, chillers and beer coolers.
There is a storeroom with gas pumps and beer coolers and space for further dump fridges.
The open kitchen, designed so that guests can see the food being prepared, is of a very good size and has been completely fitted with high end stainless steel appliances including range cooker with 4 burner hob, plancha, twin deep fat fryer, sink, fridges, freezers, and preparation areas. There is also a further area for more equipment or workspace there are concealed lights above.
The internal dining area has 5 tables each with 4 chairs, there is a lounge area with leather sofa and coffee table, plus a further area for standing or additional seating and attractive modern light fittings. There is a separate private dining room with a circular dining table exclusively for 6 people.
The cloakrooms are again fitted to a very high standard with modern suites and disabled facilities. In addition there is a staff cloakroom/locker room.
There is a five year renewable lease which is subject to a monthly rental of 3000€ plus iva per month and there is a terrace tax of 397€ per annum.
