OPEN TO OFFERS - Fast growing virtual domestic cleaning company. The business is run from home, no need to meet cleaners or customers, everything is done online or via phone.

The business started advertising in January 2018, we have since grown the business month on month to generate £18,000 per month income which would result in £216k annual turnover at 42.5% Gross profit margins. 28.6% Net Profit. 2 - 4 Weeks on-boarding / training will be provided. The company is growing at the rate of around £2000 - £2500 per month at the moment due to an increase each month in recurring customers.

The business website is customers complete the online form to request a quote, the quote is then received via outlook email. Once the quote is received we call the customer to sign them up to our service, we have an online software to input all customer information.

We are a cash rich business, we take credit card information up front and charge the customers cards once the clean has been completed. Once the clean has been completed and the customer has been charged they receive an invoice automatically to their email.

The business can scale efficiently as we are building a regular customer base, currently this accounts for around 40.5% of the business sales, the remainder are complete through one-off cleans and deep cleans, recurring sales are accounting for more and more of the sales as recurring customer increase month on month.

We currently have around 20 cleaners on our records, the recruitment process is managed through facebook & indeed, we do not meet cleaners, we have a system which enables us to get cleaners on board and cleaning without ever having to meet them, three phone conversations are had, including an online quiz which they need to complete to go through our company policies and procedures.

Cleaners have access to a downloadable app, you assign cleans to the customer online and they can manage the bookings through the app. They also need to book on and off at each clean through the app, you are notified of this, this is for quality purposes / tracks the cleaners locations to make sure they are spending enough time at each clean / required amount of time at each clean.

Reason for sale is to invest in property / renovations / flipping property.

Advertising is complete through google adwords, it is optimised with the correct keywords to generate around 10-20 leads per day. We are currently averaging around 20 bookings per week of which around 40% are recurring customers. The cost per acquisition of a customer currently stands at around £20.00 per customer. The value of the customer over 1 year currently stands at around £1644.00 per annum.

Projections: 2019: £348,000 (lower end of £2000 increase per month) - 2020: £714,000 (lower end of £3000 increase per month) annual turnover.
