DNAsix® is a UK trademarked social media and digital communication model. The DNAsix® Socially Adaptive Score is a powerful 20 statement system for ranking a company in six categories. The score provides a benchmark and the insight needed for companies of all types to make progress in today's digital marketplace.
The DNAsix® concept has been honed and developed over many years by founder David Taylor through a 25 year career in communications, delivering hundreds of training courses and consultancy sessions. How does it work?
Using the DNAsix® toolset, you will be working with clients to help define, shape and implement a digital strategy that will enable every aspect of the business to leverage today’s digital technologies to engage more effectively, consequently increasing profits. There are three key stages to the process:
To understand fully where a business is heading, you will analyse where it is now. Using the DNAsix® digital assessment tool you can simply diagnose where the strengths and weaknesses lie, based around 6 steps and 20 key areas to help you understand exactly how best to consult with your client.
Once you have a 360-degree view of your client, you will then be able to put together an in-depth digital strategy encompassing all areas of their business; including sales, marketing, PR, HR, IT, recruitment, financing, internal communications and product development. This templated document will contain a series of practical and realistic recommendations, both at a micro and a macro level, forming the basis of an implementation plan.
The final phase of the DNAsix® process involves ensuring that the recommendations are implemented fully by the client’s senior management or leadership team. This may involve follow-up calls, meetings, progress reviews and further iterations of the process.
The client is then signed up on a monthly retainer to ensure they meet their strategic objectives and continuously adapt their business to the ever evolving digital marketplace.
In addition, a range of pre-packaged training courses and workshops can be delivered as stand-alone modules or as part of the digital strategy.

What will it cost
The Initial Franchise Fee is £19,995 (plus VAT) for a five-year licence fee.
Monthly Management Service and marketing fees will apply thereafter.
