The Brewers is cosy with a single bar and two distinct areas, although it is an open space. The pub is a traditional looking Inn, it couldn’t be mistaken for anything other than a pub from the outside. There is an attractive beer garden running right the way round the pub, and next to a small babbling brook. The pub offers a car park for up to 18 cars, a children’s area and smoking facilities.

The Somerset parish of Banwell is situated at the west end of the Mendips on the north side about five miles from the coast of the Bristol Channel at Weston Super Mare. Tucked away just off the main thoroughfare, Brewers benefits from being in an excellent location down Church Lane within a lovely setting with a stream running to the left of the building and open fields to the right. There are residents within easy walking distance and village amenities nearby including local schools.

ABOUT THE AGREEMENT
Our Tenancy agreements vary between 3 – 5 years offer a flexible approach to running your own pub business. Your pub will be ready to trade, with carefully tailored food and drinks menus in place which you can evolve as you go along.
You will receive a high level of support and everything you need to run a successful business. From the beginning, you will have dedicated Punch Development Manager, plus access to training and development, business planning, operations and accounting expertise.
Once you’ve completed the 5-day induction course we’ll provide you with ongoing support to help you maximise the efficiency, sales and profitability of your pub. This includes helping you decide on the right drinks offer, guidance on margin and support creating a marketing plan to build for continued success. To help market your pub, we also offer lots of support and advice.
Punch Tenancy agreements have shared repairs liability, we will help you manage your ongoing repairing obligations. We do this by operating a repairs and maintenance fund for all new agreements.
