The tearoom occupies an elevated position in the picturesque village of Fairlight with an incredible panoramic view of the sea. It is on the edge of a 600 acre Country Park which attracts a great many visitors throughout the year.
The business trades as a tearooms / cafe serving an easily managed menu of breakfasts, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, snacks, cooked lunches, roast dinners in the winter months and afternoon teas. The premises are licensed and there is a full range of hot and cold drinks on offer. There has been a tearoom in this location for over 80 years and it has been in hands of the current owner since 2008.
The tearoom has an excellent reputation with many regular customers including people walking in the area as well as those making a special trip to the business.
