Lix Toll Garage is a well-respected business that began as a small petrol station and over the years has expanded into a substantial operation with multiple income streams on a 5 acre site. In 2016 the fuel forecourt and pumps were leased to CERTAS Energy (15 year lease) and the owners have no responsibility now for this aspect of the business.
