Project Natrolite provides an end-to-end residential development service, covering all aspects from sourcing land to property construction, marketing and aftersales. The homes primarily feature three or four bedrooms and are marketed within the £350k–£750k bracket.
Some key parts of the building process that are usually outsourced by SMEs are handled in-house, providing a higher level of cost certainty and ensuring outstanding practices are upheld across all projects.
All properties are rated highly for their energy efficiency, with various sustainability features installed as standard; the business is well placed to achieve the Future Homes Standard across its developments.
Our clients are seeking a transaction that will provide them with sufficient cash for the company to take advantage of current market conditions, to acquire land, and to increase the average number of units sold per annum by 20 or more units. An increase of 20 units sold per annum is likely to generate an additional EBIT of close to £1m.

– YE23 draft turnover of £8.1m, with an EBITDA of circa £700k.
– Confirmed pipeline for YE24, and developments in the pipeline for YE25.
