Description
Originally dating back to 1645, the Bull is an ancient Inn that now trades as a food led, destination dining pub & restaurant in the heart of the Kent countryside.
The Bull Sits proudly on the A28 Ashford Road and is central to the villages of Bethersden, Smarden and High Halden. It currently trades from 12 Noon to close Wednesday to Sunday each week and provides its customers with a traditional style menu packed full of classic pub favourite dishes from 12-3pm and 6pm-9pm daily.
Internally at the Bull you will find a central feature bar servery, open plan drinking and dining space for approx.90 covers, ceilings lined with old oak beams and two log burner fire places with huge cosy sofas to relax in.
Outside you will find a large, family friendly grassed garden and patio area for over 100 covers, which is a real hit with customers during the warmer weather, together with a good sized private customer car park, log shed and outdoor storage space.
The tenant’s accommodation boasts private access, a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and large double bedroom on the first floor, with two further bedrooms and extensive storage space on the second floor.
The Bull is now looking for new tenants and is available immediately, so together with the option of a full 5 year agreement, we may also consider a 1 year Agreement or a Tenancy at Will, with reduced ingoing funding and a flexible rent structure.
