The Grey Horses inn is a three, two and single storey detached
property of predominantly rendered elevations beneath pitched
tiled roofs. The pub benefits from two separate trading areas with
the ground floor accommodation briefly comprising the Tap
Room to the front, with timber bar servery, approximately 30 covers,
feature fireplace with multi-fuel log burner, timber flooring, and
perimeter seating. The rear Lounge Bar has up to 60 covers with
bar servery, feature fireplace with gas fire and upholstered
perimeter seating. Ladies, Gents and Disabled W.C.s are accessed
from the trading areas.
The Grey Horses also benefits from a Function Room, situated over
the first floor, with it’s own bar servery and dance floor area,
although our clients have not traded this area for some time and its
currently used for storage.
The business also boasts a large and fully equipped commercial
kitchen, with separate prep room, fridge/freezer store, wash-up area
and dry store; along with a basement beer cellar and office.
The domestic accommodation is situated over the first and
second floors. The spacious and well appointed accommodation
can be accessed either from within the pub or via a separate
exterior staircase and briefly comprises three double bedrooms
(one with ensuite bathroom), a single bedroom, lounge, refitted
family bathroom and domestic kitchen.
To the exterior, the business enjoys a good sized, enclosed beer
garden, mainly laid to lawn, with picnic bench seating for at least 40,
a car park providing approximately 14 spaces, and a private rear yard
providing private parking and garage.
