total on a mixture of fixed perimeter seating and wooden chairs
around assorted tables. Although the pub is relatively open plan it
has 3 main sections with part polished wooden floor and Yorkshire
stone floor, the addition of 3 cast iron multi fuel stoves and part
exposed stone chimney breasts create a lovely cosy atmosphere all
day long. Central bar servery with a range of cask ales and back bar
fittings. There is also a well equipped commercial catering kitchen
with a range of stainless steel catering equipment and prep
benches. Beer cellar with bottle store. The living accommodation is
located on the first floor and has separate external access and briefly
consists of spacious kitchen and dining area, lounge, bathroom and
4 bedrooms although our client currently uses one of the
bedrooms as an office. Directly to the front of the property are a
number of picnic benches for outdoor trading together with a
further raised area to the side of the pub.
