Training, Support And Continuing Development

Our award-winning training is vital to your success as a Dream Doors franchisee. You'll receive a 13-week induction programme, covering all aspects of running a successful kitchen business, and will be running your own showroom within six months.

You'll also have regular, ongoing visits from a dedicated in-territory support manager, experienced in kitchens, sales, training and business coaching.

We’ll also help you find the perfect kitchen installation team who, typically, work on a sub-contracted basis. This means you can focus on meeting customers and making sales.

The More You Sell, The Less You Pay

Dream Doors only gets paid when you make a sale, through management services fees which are reduced once annual targets are met. This means the more you sell, the less you pay.

How these franchisees sold £214,000 in a single month

Dream Doors Oxford franchisees, Mike and Elaine Hurley, sold a record £214,000 of kitchen makeovers in June. That means the Hurleys have taken almost three-quarters-of-a-million pounds in six months. And, says Mike, there's plenty more business yet to come in.

“I actually quoted for a quarter-of-a-million pounds in June, of which we signed £95,000,” he says. “The rest came from appointments made in previous months. We've got more than £150,000 of quotes still out there and, with such a good proposition, incredible products and a quality service, I know a large proportion of those will turn into sales.

“Consumer confidence is definitely returning,” Mike adds. “People are willing to invest in their property, they're not worried about redundancy anymore and I really do believe we're clear of the recession now.”

Mike and Elaine opened their Dream Doors showroom just over four years ago. Last year they became the first franchisees to top a million pounds in annual sales. Yet neither of them had any previous kitchen industry or direct sales experience. In fact, less than 5% of Dream Doors franchisees have been involved in kitchens before.

Dream Doors Poole's owners, Clive Coldwell and Angela Lowe, worked in IT and now have a business that's generated more than £600,000 in sales this year alone. While Cambridge franchisees Gareth and Louise Kavanagh-Dixon worked in the public sector and software sales before joining Dream Doors late last year. Their showroom doesn't open until August, but they've already sold more than £200,000 – in their first six months working from home!
