"Before opening Gymophobics in Wickford; I had just returned to the country having lived in Cyprus for several years. I saw a job online for an Instructor at Gymophobics Pitsea which; after the interview, was offered to me. Having started in my new role within a month I was in love with the concept and amazed at how much the Ladies who attended; loved their gym. I wanted to own one myself and set to work to raise the money required to do so. 

The rest is history. I opened Wickford Gymophobics on 25/07/2017. I had the back up and guidance I needed from the Gymophobics Franchise office from the start and boy did I need it! I had never had my own business before and had no idea how I would open the doors with members already on board. I fretted and stressed to the point of my first sign up questioning my decision to go ahead but have never looked back. There are no regrets at all. I love owning my own gym and would like another one as soon as possible. I bought a brand new Mercedes after the first 2 years, the first time I have ever had a new car. I earn well and now feel like a business owner but it's more than that. The greatest reward is my members. The love they have for the gym and for me is quite special. Becoming an owner is the best decision I ever made."
