Sarah Archer – Sudbury Owner

"I joined Gymophobics as a Member in  January 2008, I got Great results losing 2 & a half Stone and over 40 inches, losing 3 dress sizes. I didn’t particularly like exercise but since joining Gymophobics, had a real passion for it. In 2012 i became an instructor wanting to help others achieve what I had achieved and help them get to their goals which was very rewarding knowing how well it works.

Then in 2019 i became an owner of Gymophobics Sudbury, which changed my life completely, having such a passion for it and a strong believer in the whole concept. I will never look back, it has over all been a wonderful experience and I will continue to do until I retire. The best decision I have made in a long time."
