£150,000 short term funding on short lease properties

Strategic were approached by an investor wanting to buy three holiday flats in Somerset but where there were short leases which put off mainstream lenders

Through their contacts they were able to secure private funding for £150,000 the client then extended the lease and refurbished the properties which were then valued at  £345,000
