There are ladies and gentleman’s cloakrooms which are fully tiled with a white suites and tiled floors.

In addition there is high level storage above the cloakrooms

The terrace has another 25m2 and seats around 25 people, it has an additional external TV

There is a renewable 5 year lease which is currently subject to a monthly rental of 600€ per month plus iva and a terrace tax of 480 per annum. There are no community charges.
