Description

OVERVIEW
A rarely available Freedom Camping Club
certificated camping and touring site in a
lovely rural position. Established in 2019 as a
retirement project our clients have established
a thriving campsite and a successful Flogas
gas bottle distribution business. The site has
been fitted with the latest Rolec EHU system
which offers digital card metering, EV charge
point, and vending machines. The enterprise is
operated from the static caravan, the converted
storage containers and poly tunnels. Walton
Holt has great potential for further business
development and growth and is an ideal entry
level opportunity.
BUSINESS
Alongside the campsite our clients operate
a small-scale agricultural engineering/lawn
mower repair business with Ego and Cobra
franchises, whilst the intention is to retire this
element is available by separate negotiation.
Accordingly, their accountant has prepared
extract accounts for the camping and Flogas
trade which show net turnover to y/e 31st
March 2023 of £60,078. For new owners their
is great scope to repurpose the containers and
expand the touring provision.
