About Scotcher & Co
Scotcher & Co was established in 1991 by Tony Scotcher who initially followed his father and uncle into local estate agents Sir Francis Pittis & Son in 1979. In the mid 1980’s that company was taken over by Prudential Property Services during which time Tony was asked to establish a branch of their commercial estate agency here on the Island.
1990 saw Tony take the bold step, as part of a management buyout, of taking on the business in his own name. and he has subsequently acted for numerous clients throughout the whole Island from offices in Newport, the Island’s County Town and administrative centre. His extensive experience and local knowledge, both of which are second to none, frequently benefit his clients and customers alike, despite market conditions.
Tony was born on the Island and has experienced the ups and downs of Island life and today lives with his wife Sarah and their two grown-up children in a village in the picturesque West Wight.
Tony is now assisted by Debbie Baker (office and admin) and his wife Sarah (accounts, viewings and sales follow-ups) and continues to offer an excellent islandwide agency service backed by many years experience and local knowledge.
Tony, Debbie and Sarah would be delighted to hear from you with your particular requirement.
