Salty Paws is the cosiest of cosy 1 bedroom cottages, sleeping up to 2 people and 2 dogs, also with a beautiful boutique design, private garden, luxury hot tub, complimentary gin bar and much more besides. This cottage was fully refurbished in October 2022.

Both cottages are being sold fully furnished, with substantial future bookings

OCCUPANCY LEVELS
Both cottages are achieving outstanding occupancy levels all year round, significantly in excess of the vast majority of holiday cottages in the UK:

2022: Beach House 100% | Salty Paws 100%
2023: Beach House 99% | Salty Paws 99% (both would have been 100% but we had 2 incredibly short notice cancellations in December that we were unable to fill with just days’ notice)
2024 – January to June so far: Beach House 95% | Salty Paws 97%

SALES & PROFITS
Value of Bookings 2023 = £74,500
Profit 2023 = £41,500
2024 – prices have been increased slightly, so the Value of Bookings in 2024 should achieve £80,000

Boutique Cottages is properly set up as a business, and very easy to run. All the suppliers and contacts are in place for you to run the business successfully and efficiently.

HANDOVER
A full and comprehensive handover would be given by the current owners, including all the information about the Marketing to ensure 2024 and beyond continue to be fully booked years for the cottages.
