The venue currently has 2 party rooms catering for up to 20 guests in one room and 30 in the other with parties held at 3 hour intervals at a cost of £12.95 per child, this includes play, food and drink.

The entire venue is also available for after hours parties for 2 hours at prices between £450 and £565.

Kid Mania has multiple vehicle parking to the front and an entrance door to the registration area with a security entrance barrier.

The open plan ground floor area has multiple playing area, including separate toddlers soft play area, paid for machines and rides. The large climbing frame is accessed from here and the first floor area. There are multiple soft seating areas. Access to the separate toilets with changing facilities, stairs to the first floor, security exit barrier, multiple dining tables with seating and access to the food ordering area.

Food ordering area/5* hygiene rated kitchen. The serving counter has coffee machine, slush machine, till, drinks display and door to the kitchen. Stainless steel kitchen fridge, freezer, grill, microwave, sink, dishwasher, panini machine, extractor fan.

Tenure
We are advised the business is being sold as a leasehold business opportunity with a new lease completed in March 2019. The lease has a 6 month break clause and an annual rent of £60,000.

The council are currently trying to obtain planning permission for a retail unit to be placed in the vicinity. Should this go ahead, they will relocate the business within, due to it being leisure.
