THE BUSINESS

Established by the owner some 20 years ago the business has gone from strength to strength and now enjoys a strong and prestigious client base who provide regular repeat orders.

Whilst predominantly shooting photos for brochures, websites and other marketing material and providing bespoke room settings in their in house studio, they also offer many other services such as video production, 360° spins, designing of artwork, website design and hosting, T.V advertising, studio hire, location and fashion shoots and much more. Of note also is the Hi-Res scanning and printing of fine artwork and larger items.

The work is varied, interesting and exciting and can be studio, office or on location based, offering a great deal of enjoyment whilst at the same time being very profitable.

PREMISES

The premises are one of the big selling points to the business being presented in excellent condition and providing an ideal working environment. Situated on the outskirts of Norwich City centre with good access, the property was acquired from new by the owner and they have since designed and fitted it out internally to a very high-standard.

To the front of the building there is adequate space for at least 12 vehicles and so plenty of parking is available for both staff and clients. Through the main entrance door you will find a well appointed reception area with desk, sofa, male and female toilets, stairs up and doors through to the studio and rear office. This is an excellent work area with a double height ceiling of approximately 7 metres and with an up and over roller door, to enable access for vehicle photography and allow delivery vehicles to unload. The main area is around 11 metres wide and is equipped with an infinity curve with an all white floor and backdrop and a movable curved floor standing reflector of approximately 7×2.5m. There is a purpose made top light as well as a floating ceiling/reflector of around 7x3m in size. In the studio also is the large hi-res digital scanner as well as lots of space to store equipment and materials including a 3 level prop store to the rear. The loading area also benefits from a high glide system so that you can have multiple shoots being carried out at the same time if so needed. Overall the property extends to around 4,100sqft of very well laid out space.
