We as a EnviroVent franchise owner have built a profitable business selling Envirovent’s ventilation solutions to private homeowners, landlords, lettings agents and damp proofers. This is supported by a national team of Envirovent installers, and it is possible to install yourself if you are a qualified electrician. These solutions save customers energy, improve indoor air quality and eradicate condensation and mould issues within the home.

You are purchasing the exclusive rights to sell Envirovent products in a designated territory. The full customer base of homeowners and business to business contacts are included as part of the sale of the business. This territory has been actively marketed for 13 years. This provides the new owner the opportunity not only for new sales, but additional revenue through servicing opportunities and replacement of products previously sold to existing clients of Envirovent.

You are responsible for your local marketing strategy, but you also benefit from a centrally driven national marketing campaign and via Envirovent’s centrally managed website.

You do not require previous ventilation experience, as full training and technical support is provided by the franchisor, at EnviroVent’s headquarters in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, other locations and online.
