The large open unit has 6 self-sufficient workstations, which has everything ready in place for practical sessions. All stations come with electric table, finishing dryer and equipment drawers for all the grooming tools. The wet room holds 3 bathing stations, each with dryers. 

The space also has a 160 inch projector, which allows for the unit to be changed in a classroom and can be used for presentations and theory sessions. 

There are also under counter kennels for dogs to rest and also 2 large walk in kennels for the larger dogs. 

There is a fully equipped kitchen and break room for students.
