Discovery
Personalised one-to-one discovery sessions at our central office in Grantham give you the opportunity to learn what it takes to run a Belvoir Group franchise business. It’s a chance for us to get to know you and your ambitions and make sure the Belvoir Group is the right fit for you. We’ll identify suitable opportunities, potential locations and give you a chance to meet the franchisee support teams.
Support
We pride ourselves on the support we offer our franchisees, and it all begins here. After your discovery day we encourage you to get in touch with other Belvoir Group franchisees. After all, they’ve been through the same process and can offer you invaluable advice that draws from their own experiences.
Should you wish to pursue a franchise opportunity with the Belvoir Group, we’ll match you with one of our Business Development Mentors (BDM). They will always be on-hand for guidance and support, no matter where you are on your journey. You will also be able to pay a deposit to secure your chosen opportunity.
Research
We’ll give you the tools to allow you to conduct your own due diligence and thorough market research. You’ll spend time with your Business Development Mentor who will ensure your knowledge is robust and that you set realistic predictions for your business. Armed with the bigger picture, you’ll have the foundations for your marketing plan.
Acceptance
By now, you’ll have a solid understanding of the marketplace and the potential your franchise opportunity presents. With the help of our central support teams, you will have your business plan, financial forecast and funding in place. You will even have identified a premise and have a plan for the refit (if one is required). Once your plans are approved with central office, we can formally welcome you into the Belvoir Group franchisee fold.
Training
We know that starting a business has its challenges, and we’re here to help you overcome the hurdles. We want you to have the training and support that enables you to take your franchise from triumph to triumph. Our four-week training course will reinforce how our brand operates, and help you find ways to stand out from your competitors. We’ll arm you with the tools to run a business well, ensuring you get off on the right foot for when your sales and lettings agency opens its doors to the public.
