The company, which is established as a market leader in its niche, sells products mainly for use in the retail convenience sector. In addition to its traditional lines, new products are being developed which will produce even more significant savings to customers. In our opinion, the present strategy for scaling the business based on present and new lines is extremely exciting.

Turnover for the year to 30th April 2024 is expect to reach £3.0 million with £4.0 million sales forecast for the next financial year. Thereafter £5.0 million sales by 2027 is achievable and £7.0 million annual sales within five years under the right management.

This is a retirement sale and, whilst the present directors are prepared to stay on for a reasonable handover and possible continuing consultancy arrangement, it is their intention to stand down from the business on sale.
