The business is divided into 2 units, the first unit is being used as the reception/bar area. Seating is also available as well as a large TV and dart board giving the customers the opportunity to relax whilst they wait for their next golf round.

Unit 2 is where the simulators are situated. They consists of 3 simulators all with 3x3m screens, TV, hitting mat, projector and a cupboard for the elextronics. They also have heaters in each bay and a toilet for the customers.

Both units have been compelted to high standards, with eye catchign signage above the shutters.

Outside both units are a number of dedicated parking spaces.
