Our client owns all the equipment, consisting of –

• 6 Washing machines with a capacity of 50lbs per load
• 5 Dryers that’s able to process the laundry
• Company Van
• 4 Commercial ironing tables and all other sundries required within the laundry.

They also have 3 flatwork roller ironers which is currently leased with the option to own upon a final payment. One of the machines they pay £175 per month which has one year left on the lease to buy and two other machines at approximately £300 per month. As well as the two offices there is a platform area comprising of a commercial ironing board for a member of staff to iron clothing and air conditioned.

The premises is air conditioned, and CCTV is installed internally and externally.
