Starting the company from a kitchen table, the owner initially focused on repairing carriage lamps before expanding to selling lamps and accessories made by a dedicated team of outworkers, as demand grew, they sourced reliable engineers to build a diverse range of high-quality carriages for all sectors of carriage driving, including competition, pleasure, commercial, trade, and agricultural uses.
From these modest beginnings the business has developed a reputation for producing bespoke carriage design for any purpose, catering to a wide range of sizes from miniature Shetlands and donkeys to 19-hand Shires.
On average they supply over 60 new and 80 second hand carriages per annum, clients are able to purchase items from the online shop or call their dedicated sales team for advice on selecting to right product for each individuals needs.
After running this extremely successful operation for over 20 years it is with a heavy heart that the current owner now seeks a buyer for this much-loved business due to a genuine desire to retire for the industry.
