Manufacturing all of its own-brand trademarked product, Project Lux Cream is a group of companies that operate three retail outlets and seven franchisees throughout Northern Ireland.

– All stores have signed for five-year franchise agreements, which comprise a franchisee fee of 6% per month through the term and confirmation that goods are purchased directly through the group.

– Each store, including the company-owned stores, is operated as a franchised outlet, purchasing all of the stipulated products from the group and paying franchise royalty fees.
