When Dave first moved into the area he looked around for challenging outdoor fitness classes, military style sessions that were authentic and reminded him of his time serving as a Physical Training Instructor in the British Army. Fortunately for Dave, he couldn’t find anything that met up to his expectations and standards. Thus, Leading Military Fitness (LMF) was born and has been established now since 2018. Leading Military Fitness has lasted through a pandemic, is operating over multiple locations and continuously expanding.
